Live Moor

Evening sunshine after a heavy shower which has now moved to Middlesbrough on the extreme left of the photo. Live Moor lies above the village of Swainby in the Cleveland Hills and has been a popular place in the ancient past. It contains the remains of a promontory fort, ancient field systems and several cup and ring marked stones.

Roseberry Topping can be seen just left of centre and the prominent hill is Carlton Bank.
